Process Improvement

A one-day introduction to the key principles and practices of process improvement, focusing on setting the priorities and requirements for a long- term improvement programme. This course will identify the areas on which to focus and identify some of the main areas that need to be considered before a successful programme is truly initiated.

The course aims at providing participants with the knowledge they need in order to implement an action that aims at improving the quality of the processes, products and projects of the organization rather than focusing only on compliance to models and standards.
