Risk identification and management is a key activity in any project. Feeling that you have identified all the relevant risks and know what to do about them will largely ease the burden of managing the project. If this is not performed correctly, the success of the project is seriously jeopardized as some of the risks may (and will) turn into critical failures.
This one-day workshop is aimed at bringing a complete project team together in a practical exercise of identification and planning for risk. This is best performed early in the development phase of the project so that a good basis can be established and a common understanding and agreement as to the manner in which risks must and shall be managed throughout the project.
