The prime focus of an organization needs to be on delivering high quality - this is the differentiating factor between organizations. Quality is produced by the people within the organization who are doing the work, not by the technology, processes, management models or theories which are being used: these are only tools to facilitate the work of the team members. In order to produce quality, team members need to be productive and creative in the right amounts, and at the right times. People can only be productive and creative if they are happy within their work environment.
